4th ERA-ENISA Conference on Cybersecurity in Railways: Call for Speakers!

ERA and the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) are pleased to announce the fourth edition of the Cybersecurity in Railways conference, the annual event dedicated to exploring the latest advancements, best practices, and challenges in the field of cybersecurity in the railway sector. 

The 2024 edition, that will take place in Lille, France, on 2-3 October, will bring together cybersecurity professionals, researchers, industry experts, government officials, and practitioners to exchange knowledge, insights, and experiences. 

Call for speakers

If you want to present at our event, please send an email to EraEnisaCybersecurityRailways@era.europa.eu, with subject “CybersecurityRailways2024-The title of your subject”. Deadline: 14 June 2024.

Please, describe the topic and provide some context of the presentation. All presentations must be non-commercial in content. We will be looking at hands-on projects; any subject will be welcomed, e.g.: network communications, legacy assets handling, monitoring of threats to railways, emerging technologies applicable to railway, etc. (these are non-exhaustive examples).

The conference features a diverse range of sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities designed to cater to professionals at all levels of expertise within the cybersecurity community. Participants can expect: 

  • Cutting-Edge Presentations: renowned experts and thought leaders deliver keynote speeches, presentations, and case studies. These sessions provide valuable insights into the latest trends, techniques, and technologies shaping the sector. 
  • Panel Discussions: expert panels tackle pressing issues and emerging trends, fostering lively discussions and debates. 
  • Networking Opportunities: the conference provides ample networking opportunities for participants to connect with peers, mentors, potential collaborators, and industry leaders. Networking sessions, social events, and informal gatherings facilitate knowledge exchange, relationship building, and professional growth within the cybersecurity community.
