EC declaration of suitability for use

The supplementary declaration to the ‘EC’ declaration of conformity of the interoperability constituent established for an interoperability constituent by the manufacturer or its authorised representative in which the manufacturer or its authorised representative declares on its sole responsibility that the interoperability constituent concerned, which has been subject to the relevant verification procedures, satisfies the requirements for suitability for use specified in the relevant TSI.
