EC declaration of conformity

The declaration established for an interoperability constituent by the manufacturer or its authorised representative in which the manufacturer or its authorised representative declares on its sole responsibility that the interoperability constituent concerned, which has been subject to the relevant verification procedures, complies with the relevant Union law.
