DECISION n°291 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways updating the Terms of Reference of the Fourth Railway Package Steering Group

The Terms of Reference for the Fourth Railway Package Readiness Assurance were adopted by the Management Board in its meeting of 26/09/2017; the scope was enlarged on 27/02/2018 and the deadline extended until 2019 and then 2020. After the transposition of all Member States, the mandate of the Steering Group was extended until the end of 2021.

The Management Board approved the extension of the mandate until the end of 2023 as well as the amendments identified in the Terms of Reference. MB Decision n° 252 is being repealed.

This decision was adopted in meeting 59 on 16 March 2022.
