Spreading knowledge and research about human and organisational factors

We are pleased to inform you that the Agency is actively participating in https://railhof.org/, a new digital platform launched to spread knowledge and research about human and organisational factors in the rail industry. Leading the initiative at ERA is Jayne Yeo, project officer and Human & Organisational Factor (HOF) specialist at ERA.  

Jayne and Virginie Papillault, of the International Union of Railways (UIC), gave an interview to The Ergonomist - the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF)'s magazine - to promote this initiative.  Read this article to understand better how ERA aims to enhance the awareness of human and organisational factors' impact on railway operations.  Take also this opportunity to learn more about the work of the Agency related to HOF.
