The European Union Agency for Railways is pleased to host the European Rail Human and Organisational Factors Seminar which will be held in the Agency’s premises in Valenciennes on the 14th of November afternoon and the 15th of November.

The seminar aims to share theoretical and practical knowledge relating to the integration of human and organisational factors across European railways. Recognised academics and professionals will present the latest thinking, experience and best practice to foster discussions on the challenges facing the rail industry and currently being addressed by the Agency’s Human and Organisational Factors Network. Topics covered will include safety culture, automation in railway and other transport modes, safety leadership and just culture.

To those interested in the European Rail Human and Organisational Factors Seminar, but are not able to come to Valenciennes on 14th and 15th November, the Agency is offering a live stream of the event, which you may access here.

For this event, we are working with an open system that requires no identification before leaving questions / comments.
