Biography
Udo Stinner is an ICT Executive and Interim Manager with more than 25 years of international leadership experience in the Telecommunications, Media & Technology sector. He is recognized for steering large‑scale ICT programs, complex technology rollouts, organizational transformations, and turnaround initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His background includes senior P&L responsibility, the leadership of multinational teams, and the delivery of mission‑critical network and digital operations programs. Since July 2026, he has been supporting UIC in an interim program management role, contributing his expertise to high‑impact, cross‑industry initiatives.
