Biography

Thomas Chatelet is a telecommunication engineer who worked in the railway telecom industry before joining the EU Agency for Railways in 2014.

Within the Railway Systems Unit of the Agency, he is coordinating relevant actions and initiatives related to telecommunication (GSM-R, FRMCS), spectrum and cybersecurity, in the frame of the ERA Program “ERTMS Long Term Evolution”.

Since 2018, Thomas is ensuring the close collaboration between ERA and ENISA on railway cybersecurity.
