Biography

Oscar is a Mechanical Engineer by training, and he has experience as a Rolling Stock engineer in Bombardier (today Alstom), in RENFE the Spanish railway undertaking and NSA ES between 2002 and 2012.

Oscar has been working at ERA since 2012 in the TSIs and rolling stock authorisation tasks.
