Biography

Neils possesses a Bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Sønderborg Teknikum in 1988. He has been working for Bombardier Signalling in Copenhagen from 1988 til 1993 with e.g. Ebilock interlockings. From 1993 to 2000 he worked for Carl Bro AS engineering company e.g. with railways in Denmark, Estonia, Germany and Zimbabwe. Since 2000 he worked first for the main infrastructure manager in Denmark and was moved to the NSA. At the NSA he has been issuing Approvals for the Danish Signalling Programme.
