Industrial engineer and chartered surveyor, additional degrees in Geomatics (UCL) and Railway Operations Planning and Railway Signalling (RWTH). Working for Infrabel since 1998, currently in charge of defining the procedures, rules and controls for the data acquisition in the scope of ETCS (and interlocking) projects.
Project leader for RINF at Infrabel.
