Nicolas Dechy
Biography
Nicolas Dechy graduated as a generalist engineer in 1999 and holds a PhD in management (2024). For 25 years, he has been an industrial risks and safety management expert for French public institute and safety regulator in 2 industries (Seveso, Nuclear), working in accident investigation, risk analysis, crisis management. Nicolas started to work with Human and Organisation Factors (HOF) in 2001. He has been Head of HOF since 2023, leading 10 HOF experts who assess safety management in all nuclear facilities in France.
