Biography

Michael Kloecker is working as Solution Manager Railway in the Nokia Mobile Infrastructure, Core Network Business Unit and is responsible for strategic positioning of the current GSM-R solutions as well as for the evolution of the railway communication systems (FRMCS). He is representing Nokia in relevant international bodies as the European Union – Agency for Railways, UIC and the UNIFE/UNITEL committee, as well as conferences and fairs. After representing Nokia’s engagement and work packages in the former Horizon 2020 5GRail project, he is now continuing this role with the EU Rail FP2-MORANE-2 project
