Ph.D. in transport from Warsaw University of Technology, with degrees in mechanics, rail vehicles, and management. He has worked in the rail industry throughout his career, contributing to safety, interoperability, and regulatory reforms. As President of the Office of Rail Transport since 2016, he led key initiatives like the Rail Safety Academy and accessibility improvements. He has served on national and EU-level committees and received multiple awards for his contributions to rail transport.
