Biography
Harm-Jaap Groenwold is a railway operations specialist with over a decade of experience in operational rules and the implementation of ERTMS, with a particular focus on the TSI OPE and the operational rollout of ERTMS in the Netherlands. He represents the European Rail Infrastructure Managers (EIM) - of which ProRail is a member - contributing to the development of safe, efficient, and harmonised railway operations across Europe.
