Biography

Dr. Anna-Maria Teperi is a Research Professor of Occupational Safety at the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health. She has a title of Docent at Tampere University in Human Factors in Safety Management, and at University of Vaasa in Organisations and Leadership. She is a member of the Expert panel of sustainable development at the Prime Minister’s office in Finland. She is specialised in work and organisational psychology and has a long experience in human-oriented safety research, implementation, and supervision related to safety critical fields. Previous tasks are e.g., in Occupational Health Centre in City of Helsinki and Finnish Accident Investigation Board.
