Vessel collapse

A vessel collapse is the complete failure of the equipment, due to a decrease of the internal pressure in the vessel leading to the collapse of the vessel under the effect of atmospheric pressure. This event leads to the complete and instantaneous release of the substance in the vessel. The vessel collapse does not lead to overpressure generation nor missiles ejection.
