Vehicle

A motor vehicle registered in the territory of a Contracting Party or a combination of vehicles of which at least the tractive unit is registered in the territory of a Contracting Party and intended exclusively for the carriage of goods, or any motor vehicle so constructed and equipped as to be suitable for carrying more than nine persons, including the driver, and intended for that purpose.
