Suspension of authorisation

Decision taken by an authorising entity according to which an authorisation for a vehicle type is temporarily suspended and no vehicle may be authorised to be placed on the market on the basis of its conformity to the given type, until the causes that motivated the suspension have been analysed. Suspension of authorisation for a vehicle type does not apply to the vehicles already in use.
