Self-supply of services

A situation where a railway undertaking performs itself a rail-related service on the premises of a service facility operator, provided that access to and the use of the facility by that railway undertaking for self-supply of services is legally and technically feasible, does not endanger the safety of the operations and the operator of the service facility concerned offers such possibility.
