Self-accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT)

The lowest temperature at which self-accelerating decomposition may occur in a substance in the packaging, IBC or tank as offered for carriage. The SADT shall be determined in accordance with the test procedures given in Part II, Section 28 of the Manual of Tests and Criteria.
