Safe and secure parking area

A parking area accessible to drivers engaged in the carriage of goods or passengers, meeting the requirements listed in Article 8a(1) of Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council (42) and which has been certified in accordance with Union standards and procedures, referred to in Article 8a(2) of that Regulation.
