Responsible Applicant (RA)

The RA is the applicant/customer and contractor as well as the single point of contact for respective IM (infrastructures manager) in the whole planning process phase. The main task of the role RA is to request the booking of capacity to an IM. The RA does not need to be a Railway Undertaking, it can also be another entity, which is able and permitted to book capacity.
