Refuelling facilities

This is an area which provide fuel for diesel locomotives and Diesel Multiple Units. In EU legislation, it is described as a service to be supplied to the Railway Undertaking as part of 'Track access to services facilities and supply of services'. This request of the Railway Undertaking may only be rejected if viable alternatives under market conditions exist.
