Presumed successful tenderer

Any tenderer in a procurement procedure that is ranked first, subject to further checks and provision of supporting documents on exclusion and/or selection criteria in order to be proposed by the evaluation committee as a successful tenderer. Where the award procedure foresees to award the contract to several tenderers, then the presumed successful tenderer shall be deemed to refer to the best ranked tenderers equal to the number of contracts to be awarded.
