Nonconformity

Non-fulfilment of a requirement (3.14) Note 1 to entry: Nonconformity can be any deviation from asset management system (3.4) requirements (e.g. from relevant work standards, practices, procedures, legal requirements), or any failure of an asset to meet or perform to specification.
