Multiple operation

Is an operational formation consisting of more than one unit, including: – trainsets designed in such a way that several of them (of the type under assessment) are capable of being coupled together to operate as a single train controlled from 1 driver's cab; – locomotives designed in such a way that several of them (of the type under assessment) are capable of being included in a single train controlled from one driver's cab.
