Log-ready record

A record written to the recovery log that records information required for recovery and that the bound data of this node is ready-to-commit and, if there is more than one neighbour in the transaction tree, that one of ready signal, one-phase signal or read-only signal or early-exit signal has been received from all but one of the neighbours in the transaction tree.
