Freight customer

The entity that has issued the consignment information to the relevant freight railway undertaking and which may be a logistics service provider, an intermodal transport operator, a freight forwarder, a fleet manager of empty wagons, or where relevant the data holder, that has concluded a contract of carriage covering transport services for goods.
