Early-exit signal

A statement from a node to a superior that this node and its subtree can make no contribution to the work of the transaction and so it withdraws from participation in the transaction; conditions are that the bound data of this node have not been altered by the transaction, that read-only or early-exit signals have been received from all the node's subordinates in the transaction tree, if there are any, and that reporting of the transaction outcome is not required.
