Dossier

PCS manages requests, offers and all other elements related to international paths in an electronic container called 'Dossier'. The Dossier is the central object of processing in PCS. The Dossier has its own specific parts. Each part contains information related to the path inserted into the Dossier. The management of the Dossier depends on which purpose the Dossier serves. There are various possibilities to use the Dossier. They are different for the individual agents involved in the Dossier. There are also various possible handlings regarding process and agent. A Dossier for one train run can consist of several PCS Dossiers due to administrative reasons.
