Distributor

As defined in Article 3, point (43), of Regulation (EU) 2018/858: (‘distributor’ means a dealer or any other natural or legal person in the supply chain, other than the manufacturer or the importer, who makes available on the market a vehicle, system, component, separate technical unit, part or equipment).
