Any public or private entity, such as transport authorities, transport operators, travel information service providers, digital map producers, transport on demand service providers and infrastructure managers, or any other entity using data listed in the Annex to create multimodal travel information, or where provided by the terms and conditions determined by the data holder, using the data for other purposes.
