Appeals procedure

The method for challenging a decision made by an Allocation Body or Infrastructure Manager. Any applicant for a train path that feels it is a victim of unfair treatment or discrimination (for example, following a decision by an IM regarding the allocation of capacity) may appeal to the authority responsible for resolving such disputes; in most cases, this is the national Regulatory Body.
