If you are interested in pursuing a career in railways, ERA would like to help you by bringing you together with already established and experienced women in this field.

Who: women only
What: a one-on-one conversation with a female ERA staff member for a maximum of 15 women as a pilot (first come, first served)
When: 15-20 minutes in the course of May/June
