[REPEALED by MB DEC n° 291] DECISION n°252 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways extending the mandate of the Fourth Railway Package Steering Group

The Terms of Reference for the Fourth Railway Package Readiness Assurance were adopted by the Management Board in its meeting of 26/09/2017; the scope was enlarged on 27/02/2018 and the deadline extended until 2019 and then 2020. Now that all the Member States have transposed, it is felt important to keep this Steering Group in place until at least the end of 2021.

This Decision was adopted by written procedure.
