[Repealed] DECISION n° 266 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways amending DECISION n° 161 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways adopting the policy on monitoring the performance and decision-making

This Decision amends MB Decision n°161/2017 and defines a targeted scope for the NSA monitoring. Considering the current NSA audits planning, the resources’ constraints in 2021 and in order to be as efficient as possible, the MB agreed to have one single final report, covering the full audit cycle, and to target the delivery date of the final report to December 2021, instead of September 2021.

This decision was adopted in meeting 56 on 6 July 2021.
