Planned upgrade of the One-Stop Shop (OSS)

Published: 06 November 2026

OSS will be unavailable on 26 November 2026 due to a major platform upgrade. Applicants and Authorities are encouraged to plan their activities accordingly and avoid time-critical actions that day.

News

OSS will undergo a major technical platform upgrade as part of ERA's ongoing work to maintain and improve the reliability, security and sustainability of the service.

The upgrade is an important technical maintenance activity intended to modernise the underlying OSS platform and provide a more up-to-date foundation for operating and evolving the service.

When: Thursday, 26 November 2026

The intervention requires a full-day interruption of the OSS production service in order to perform the upgrade and associated migration activities safely and to complete the necessary technical and functional verification before reopening the system.

What does this mean for OSS users?

During the maintenance window:

  • OSS will not be available to any users.
  • Users will not be able to access or work on their OSS applications during the intervention.
  • Applicants and Authorities should therefore plan their OSS activities accordingly and avoid leaving time-critical actions for the maintenance day.
  • OSS will be reopened after the upgrade and the required post-upgrade checks have been successfully completed.

We thank all OSS users for their understanding and cooperation while this important technical upgrade is carried out.
