Applying human and organisational factors to better manage change

The presentation will cover two pieces of work completed by the RSSB human factors team. The first is the creation of a people change management checklist which was applied to benchmark an industry change. The second project is the creation of aide memoir and training to help leaders create psychological safety in their workforce.
