Michael Kloecker is the  Solution Manager Railway in Nokia Networks and is responsible for strategic positioning of the current GSM-R solution as well as for FRMCS. He strongly interacts with customers around the globe as well as being part of a standardization organization. He is representing Nokia in relevant international bodies such as the European Union and the UIC.
