Mette Bomholt has a background as an architect, but started her career in the railway industry as a locomotive driver in 2015 for The Danish Railways, DSB. This is also where the curiosity for the safety culture started. Since then, she has worked with risk evaluation at the national infrastructure manager Banedanmark, and since 2021 focused on promoting safety culture in the railway industry.
