Johannes studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin. He began his professional career at Continental Teves holding various management positions. After 13 years in the automotive industry, Johannes changed to Deutsche Bahn DB Systemtechnik holding various management responsibilities over more than 18 years. From 2015, at Knorr-Bremse Rail, Johannes is the Head of Modernisation and Approval Strategy.
