Jennifer Reilly has spent the last twenty years in the Irish Transport Industry and is currently the Safety Culture Coordinator for Irish Rail where her focus is implementing and cultivating a Just Culture. With a background in Internal and Political Communications, she is now studying for a Master’s Degree in Human Factors and Ergonomics, with a specific interest in Safety Culture and Safety Communication.
