Co-lead for Workshop 4 - How to optimise cost for the ERTMS Lifecycle for Trackside and On-board
In this workshop we will focus on identifying the cost drivers when implementing ERTMS by having a closer look at CAPEX and OPEX. After identification of these cost drivers, the workshop will focus on gathering input from possible measures to make the ERTMS implementation more cost-efficient.
