Gemma joined the Ground Transportation sector in 2003.  Since then, she has worked in Alcatel and later in Thales developing a strong technical background on signalling solutions. In 2013, she joined the Technical Directorate of the Transportation business in France and in 2017 she became the Technical Director of the Mainline Business line. In 2018 she moved to the Business Line Headquarter in Germany taking over the Strategy and Product Policy functions. In 2021 she additionally undertook Marketing and Communications functions.
