DECISION n°237 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways adopting by analogy of Commission Decision C(2020)1559 of 16 March 2020 amending Decision C(2013)9051 of 16 December 2013 on leave

In application of Article 110(2) of the Staff Regulations, Commission Decision C(2020)1559 of 16 March 2020 amending Decision C(2013) 9051 of 16 December 2013 shall apply by analogy to the Agencies either nine months after the date of this notification, or by decision of the Management Board at an earlier date. Commission Decision C(2013) 9051 on leave already applies by analogy to the Agency since the Decision of the Executive Director ERA-ED-DEC-730-20l3 of 20 December 2013 “on the adoption of implementing rules to the staff regulations”.
