DECISION n°199 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways adopting the revised Framework for Good Administrative Behaviour

The Framework for Good Administrative Behaviour of the European Union Agency for Railways has been adopted via Management Board Decision No 169. It included a Code of Conduct (structured on the backbone of the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour developed by the European Ombudsman[1]) and three annexes:

• Annex 1 (Framework on Impartiality and Independence);
• Annex 2 (Framework on gifts and hospitality);
• Annex 3 (Guidelines for staff on the use of Social Media).

The Code of Conduct has been revised to be adapted to the Agency’s new mandate, and its new structure and environment.

This Decision was adopted by written procedure.
