DECISION n° 257 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways adopting the annex 2 template for the impact assessment methodology

The Agency Regulation (EU) 2016/796, in its Art. 8, paragraph 1, requires that “The Agency shall conduct an impact assessment of its recommendations and opinions. The Management Board shall adopt an impact assessment methodology based on the methodology of the Commission […]”.

This Decision amends annex 2 for the impact assessment methodology reflecting the Agency IMS procedure amendment related to signatures.

This decision was adopted in meeting 55 on 18 March 2021.
