Conrad Dube is a nuclear engineer with 35 years of experience in the nuclear industry. He is a safety culture expert, having participated in missions of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, France, Ukraine and Brazil. He worked 10 years in the World Association of Nuclear Operations (WANO) in Paris, leading more than 100 expert missions in plants around the world. He also developed and delivered training for nuclear managers in the areas of Leadership, Safety Culture and Operational Decision-Making and is an invited lecturer on Leadership for Safety at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
