On Track with the Director
Yesterday, ERA team gathered at Terrabundo, Ennevelin, for a full day of collaboration, reflection, and inspiration.
Through interactive brainstorming and group sessions, we dove into five key themes:
- Improving ERA organisation and processes
- Working tools to best support user needs
- A welcoming work environment
- An organisation focused on satisfying its customers and the EU citizens
- An organization ready to embrace future challenges and opportunities.
The Better Together Strategy Away Day has been a moment to reconnect, reimagine, and reinforce our shared mission and identity, with a lot of lively exchanges and excellent input to make our organization continuously improve.
